 HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?


  • After you have placed your order and your payment has been confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email to the email address you supplied with your order (keep an eye on your junk folder, just in case). If for some reason you did not receive this email, please get in touch via sales@thebronxchandler.co

 WHAT DO I DO IF I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION?


  • It is best to get in touch with us right away by email or phone. We will do our best to rectify the situation in whatever way we can.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE ORDERED? 

  • If you need to, please get in touch via email or phone as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to change your delivery address.
