Economy Shipping AND Free Shipping: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 14 days weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact support@thebronxchandler.co for a status update. Please note that USPS and UPS are also experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-5 business days. UPS Ground usually takes 1-5 business days. RETURNS
TLC return policy lasts for 14 days. We do not offer returns 14 days after purchase date. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange at that point. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be approved & eligible for a return, your item must be unused, wick not burned and in the same condition that you received it. All TLC items have to be in original packaging.
REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
Once we receive your returned item and inspected, you will return your email to notify of your return/s.
An email will be sent to the email you provided us with at check out— that we have received your returned item/s and the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are approved, the refund will be automatically processed and automatic credit will be applied to your original form of payment or credit/debit cards within 7-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In the case, you haven’t received a refund yet, refresh your bank account, and contact your credit/debit card company. This process can take 7-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES

TLC offers refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund or exchange after 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
